Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations 30-59 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour starts. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

While not mandatory, travel insurance provides protection against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can recommend reliable insurance providers if needed.

We recommend booking your tour 6-8 months in advance, especially for popular destinations during peak season. Early booking ensures you get your preferred dates and often comes with early bird discounts. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so it's always worth checking with us regardless of your timeframe.
